The sitting room leads into the light and bright dining area and kitchen. The modern fitted kitchen is well-appointed with electric oven & induction hob, microwave, dishwasher & fridge with freezer compartment. There’s also a washing machine tucked away under the stairs.

Downstairs there’s also a house bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.

First floor
Upstairs there are two comfortable and stylish bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 – queen size bed, a light and bright room which enjoys fantastic lake views.
Bedroom 2 – twin beds in a lovely, cosy room.

Across the lane is the cottage’s private patio and garden with more gorgeous lake views. Complete with garden furniture, this lovely outdoor slice of the Lake District is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening drinks.
